• With Firebase (Google) — We use Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting services

• With developers — When you engage Floating Axe Head Ministries for a project, relevant project details are shared with the developer(s) assigned to your work

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

6. Location Data

The Coffee House Customer app uses your location to find nearby coffee shops. The Coffee House Owner app uses location to set your shop's position on the map. Location data is only collected when you explicitly grant permission and is not tracked in the background.

7. Bluetooth and NFC

The Coffee House Kiosk app uses Bluetooth to connect to Stripe credit card readers for payment processing. NFC is used for contactless card payments. These features are only active when the app is in use.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
