Upon full payment, you own the custom code and content we create specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our general frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results. Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date, and you receive deliverables for completed milestones.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local and federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
